At Thrive Group Strength Training, our small group model allows for coaching, correction, encouragement, and a sense of community.
Group personal training is ideal for people who want expert guidance, a consistent plan, and the motivation that comes from training alongside others. You still receive attention, support, and smart programming, but in an environment that feels social, approachable, and energizing.
Small Group Fitness Classes
We also offer fitness classes with a maximum of 12 members per class. Smaller classes allow us to keep the experience personal, safe, and effective. You are not just another face in the back of the room trying to keep up.
