Vital Strength Training at Thrive Group Strength Training is a specialized fitness program for adults over 50 who want to feel stronger, move better, and keep doing the things they enjoy with more confidence. With gyms in Menands and Valatie, we work with clients from Albany, Troy, Loudonville, Latham, East Greenbush, Kinderhook, and throughout the Capital District.

This program is designed for older adults. Vital Strength Training distills our personal training expertise into a supportive plan built around real-life movement, long-term health, and better quality of life as you age.
